Pentagons Naval Plans to shoot down satellite falling to earth

As a spy satellite recently that lost orbit and is falling to earth becomes nearer to us the pentagon has a plan to shoot down the satellite. The Navy has been selected to carry out this terribly important mission. If they don't hit it and target the wrong one they might accidentally hit spudnik or one of the other massive satellites in orbit. The Chinese are also trying to use a four-stage rocket to hit it with SM-3's. The Chinese they said will most likely hit it so they will let the Americans shoot and miss and target it next after that.
