How many times have you heard these words coming from a politician or elected official. It would be so nice if they were true.
But when you hear these words, this classic expression that is supposed to justify the H1-BNS Visa Program, you are not hearing the Truth.

The H1-BNS Visa program is a multi-billion dollar welfare program for corporations. They get virtually a captive work force, dependant upon their "sponsorship." This results in lower wages for both H1-BNS Visa holders and their Canadian counter parts. But more importantly - each H1-BNS Visa holder represents an unemployed Canadian.

It is interesting to see how many H1-BNS Visa jobs are advertised around the world for Courtenay. In just one category, Job Title IT - System Analysis and Programming there is a listing below of: 3,837. Anyone want to contribute the $17.62 and get the contact list for these 3,837 jobs? By the way this is just one of about 2 job titles listed.

We deleted most of the 3,837 entries below. The page was so big it took close to 17 minutes to load by modem. But the link is listed before for those who like to see the whole list.

Typical Cover Up Attempts continue to plague the abduction theorists

The scientific community demands to know the truth. Cooper, who then jumped out of the passenger jet and disappeared.

Some of his cash turned up on the banks of the Columbia River near Vancouver, Wash., in 1980, found by an eight-year-old kid.

That kid, now fully grown, consigned the notes for sale. With a few lessons learned from Texas Cryptology a encryption should be only decypherable oops bad spelling in one diretion to optimize securer communications. Internet Mirrors exist but are reliant of ISP's obviously if data is encrypted in a broken pipe or encrypted through http even without 128 bit https communication. If the data is alread encrypted at 128 bits standard imagine what happens when its layered over a 128 bit encryption I guess thats when cores break down from cpu cycle lock and cpus melt at the thought of that math. All the hardware would really get a work out on the decryption cycle. But this layered technology would be most secure. Obviously the sipper network is a network that implements this more secure technology as a military aspect but its obvious that a dry loop would be nessary for this type of application, adding a even more difficult application would be using a cross over line or direct wire.

A technology that was being developed at one time was a twisted pair technology which was supposedly be 50 to 100 times faster than dial up but utilized the same network. Would a technology exist that would rival DSL with a similar " DIAL UP " communication..... yes it existed but was classified and mothballed when it would of made some few companies too rich by implamenting it. The cost factor on the technology that exists for equivalent speeds with dsl with less hardware than dsl similar to a dial up modem but then monitoring on such a system would be nearly impossible. This would add security to the system and speeds however never has been successfully commercialized.

The future of technology | " Outsourcing Jobs " Inevitable

Well simply because the alternative is worst, tech would rather outsource these jobs for $240 dollars a month to Countries like India, Japan, and China, heck and even canada in some cases because the alternatives for these people are worst. You Might say that if someone asked you to work for them 40 hours a week for $240 dollars a month they would be either smoking something or looking for a fast full of fist for arrogance but this is the biggest problem with tech. The funding isn't their so their always looking at a cheap labor loop hole for meaningless jobs to keep the people feeling fullfilled with their lives because the alternative is either $0 dollars from the inability to work or find work or and government programs in place to help them survive in the real world.

Yahoo is currently facing this problem with outsourcing to japan, china etc for positions which they just can't seem either eliminate or pay a livable wage for in north america for the same positions which cripple their potential ability to be purchased by Microsoft or anyone else looking to keep jobs in America. If tech was more profitable this wouldn't be such a problem but similar situation for all those in the financial sector is this idea which makes operations better with human administration of some kind rather than the inferior option of a automated computer process which would inevitably miss things.

Entrenched employees in 3rd world Countries just wont let go of these token jobs in allot of cases because the idea of getting real jobs would be too difficult or pay slightly more or less but then involves pain staking work in either a factory or some similar manual labor position. This effects the tech sector in more ways than you can imagine for difficulty in operations. One of the worst offenders of this would have to be Yahoo, and EBay which make our lives more difficult if we are seeking a position with either of these companies in either Canada or The USA. I don't know about you but if someone asked me to work for $240 a month 40hrs/week I would tell them to stick their job where the sun doesn't shine. And to add more insult to industry the same people that have taken thousands of dollars sponsoring this program tell me they still want my money but can only afford to pay me 1/5th of what they expect me to pay them for the privalege of working for them. Wow give your head a shake guy 1:1 or stick your head in the sand.

Because those that employee the most win

Profibility? 100 %
Expenses? Agreed that the profits from all the online advertising would go to the founder of course. Then if in the 10 years time all the projects ever make enough money to actually rent some office space..... doubt it but you never know, with 100 percent natural search might be near impossible even with a 10 year time frame but the 10 year employment concept has to be static.

I have allot of good ideas on how to make money online but the reality of the tech sector right now is obviously hurting but this would be a definite solution. This would be a small blogging community of the best of the best of course but its just a idea. Its a great Idea the government offers funds to pay employees wages but how do they spend the funds? Nepatism is a problem in small towns but this for the most part isn't a small town problem. Obviously the government applys stimulus packages to corporations all the time to keep a failing company in operation regardless of profitability in some cases but I think this is the kind of thing that just leaves guys like me out in the lurch let me explain how.

Obviously the government continually works to better " Their own Positions " constantly making sure their special little jobs are the best paid and the others that work for corporate north america for the most part the worst. To make this even more complicated, the more money the government spends on projects like welfare , and pension plans like Social Assistance and Pension Plans the more money is taken from their own budjets so obviously a hidden agenda comes into play.

Some might think my words harsh but these hidden agendas come to play best in small towns where the funding is the least amount. Obviously the government tries to keep those on welfare, off welfare by " Assisting them " acquire jobs which effectively adds to their capital in turn which they pay their own people more. This in " Small Towns " becomes even more of a problem if those jobs are far and few between, which makes those with even more experience from acquiring those positions. In a small town it might make a business even look like the employees are on a revolving door when these " Special People " take advantage of the system in place for those that truely need it like single moms.
